Our flag tags, with integrated RFID chip and antenna, are designed to be read in contact with metal parts. By eliminating direct contact with metal, we eliminate the negative interference induced by this material.
If required, we customize products by printing and encoding the tags according to the data supplied by you, on dedicated printers in our workshop, usually using thermal transfer printing. We can also recover the front side to protect printing from environmental constraints.

Why choosing our flag tags?
Difficulties in reading RFID tags on metal parts are a major problem in the industrial sector. This is the reason why the aluminium antenna applied to the metal surface no longer concentrates the wave, which scatters indefinitely without ever sending the chip information back to the reader. The flag tag has been developed to overcome metal constraints.
The principle is to raise the RDIF chip and antenna so that they are no longer in direct contact with the metal. A system of pre-cuts has been developed to guide the customer in manually folding the tag for placement on the metal support.
